There were a few questions about the faux rice that I make using cauliflower. I thought I would post a picture of what mine looks like before I cook it...
I saw a video to make caulirice where you put it in a steamer in the microwave without added water. Leave in 3-4 minutes depending on desired consistency. Looked easy.
